ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
Since 2002, our company has been 100% e-commerce and specialize in PC's, PC Parts and Accessories. But our goal is not just to sell PC parts, we're idealistic too! We want to strengthen the U.S. Economy by employing US workers and offering U.S. manufactured parts whenever possible.
Our company roots go back into the early 1990's when PC's were relatively new. Our now President & CEO worked in the Information Technology industry for over 10 years in large Fortune 500 companies as a network administrator, programmer and web designer after leaving the United States Military. Silicon Assets was formally created in 2002 with this experience and knowledge.
Silicon Assets wants our customers to be happy with their purchase from us and our goal is to have happy, repeat customers. In an effort to ensure our customer's satisfaction in their dealings with us, we employ a strong, hand-picked leadership team who is knowlegable about the products and services we offer. Our goal is to operate efficiently with a small, knowlegable staff and employ state-of-the-art technology to automate many of our daily tasks as possible. |
OUR CONTACT POLICY:
Silicon Assets wants our customers to be happy with their purchase from us. Our goal is to have every product ship quickly and accurately so that our customers get exactly what they expect consistently on every order.
We are also aware that our customers want to get the best value possible in our products and services.
In an effort to meet our customers expectations, we have made the the business decision to offer the most competitive pricing in the industry by keeping our overhead low. We do this in several ways, including working with a tight-knit, knowledgeable and efficient team of industry professionals and shipping from various warehouses throughout the United States where we stock our inventory. We also want our customers to be aware that a big part of our business model includes conducting 100% of our business online.
We do not have a call center and are not equipped to take customer phone calls. While we agree that making a phone call is often more convenient, paying for phone lines, equipment and staffing adds significantly to the cost of daily operations and is passed on to all consumers. In addition, doing everything in writing it gives both parties a written transcript of any conversations should a question arise later.

Our email system sends an automated response to every email we receive so that you know that your email was received by our mail system. It is not necessary to send multiple emails as we answer email in the order received. Keep in mond that we are a professional organization and that all emails sent to us become the exclusive property of SiliconAssets.com.
